Hello and thanks for stopping by. I'm Luo Xi, a China-based travel photographer specializing in people, documentary, religion and landscape. I love this work because it's from the heart, without being grounded by any procedures or rules or fine details of technique.

Before photography became my heroin, I worked in a couple of Fortune 500 for over 10 years and fairly well-traveled (for this, I am probably the ONLY native Chinese photographer who can communicate with people in fluent English). But due to a hyper-allergy against office bureaucracy and politics, I quit and began my journey in freelancing. Luckily that I started photography after coming through quite a lot in life, which inspires my perceptions of the world.

With a great passion for travel, I've been backpacking "off the beaten track" frequently in recent years. Asia, around the Himalayas especially, is the particular geographical areas attracting me most for its mysterious religion civilization and breathtaking landscapes.
